Gleden Invest acquires Moscow-based cheese producer Karat

MOSCOW, Dec 11 (PRIME) -- Investment company Gleden Invest, managing assets of Russian businessman Alexander Klyachin, has acquired Moscow-based Factory of processed cheese Karat, the owner of the Druzhba and Yantar cheese brands, from Sviaz-Bank and other shareholders, the facility said in a statement on Tuesday.

Details of the deal have not been disclosed.
